Winter vacations (February)
La Roque Saint-Christophe joins the “Février Gourmand” operation, orchestrated by the Tourist Offices of our region. We are going to highlight sweet gastronomy: what sweet treats delighted the taste buds in the Middle Ages? An event will be held on this subject on Wednesdays during school holidays.
– Meet on February 12, 19 and 26, March 5, 2025 in the afternoon from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Pascal will be present for his “Music of Origins” workshops on the same dates and times.

Spring break

Ascension Weekend 2025
Guided tours will be offered at 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., with demonstrations of medieval lifting equipment. In the afternoon they will be at 2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
On May 29, 30 and 31, 2025, for Ascension Weekend, a new event will be held at the foot of the cliff of Roque Saint-Christophe: a prehistoric-inspired village, run by the most eminent connoisseurs of this period, in our region. Flint knapping workshops, fire lighting, prehistoric music, but also tanning of skins, ornaments and other cooking over a wood fire… With reconstructions of habitats and other surprises… More information very soon!

Christmas holidays
La Roque Saint-Christophe will be carefully decorated for the end-of-year celebrations. The site can be explored on a self-guided tour, at your own pace.
Come admire our giant life-size nativity scene, in the illuminated sheepfold! 6 characters and 2 animals, custom-made by a visual artist.
Théobald the falcon always offers you his treasure hunt. And Santa Claus will visit us like every year!
